In the afternoon, we will have a group hike in the beautiful surrounding nature. The evening will conclude with a group dinner and a campfire circle, where we can connect and share our experiences.
Day 3: Self-Discovery and Reflection
The final day will focus on self-discovery and reflection. We will start with a gentle yoga session to help you connect with your body and mind. We will then have a group workshop on self-discovery, where you will be guided through exercises to help you identify your values, goals, and priorities. In the afternoon, we will have some free time for you to reflect on your experiences and connect with yourself. The retreat will conclude with a closing ceremony, where you will have the opportunity to share your insights and experiences with the group.
